Exciting Summer Projects at EA
We are thrilled to announce that Erskine will kick off several major construction projects beginning on June 17, 2024. These upgrades are designed to enhance our facilities and improve the overall experience for students, staff, and visitors. Here’s a rundown of what to expect:
- Main Building Renovation: The exterior front of the main building will undergo significant enhancements, along with the main entryway.
- Gym Roof Replacement: A brand new roof will be installed on our gymnasium, ensuring a safe and weatherproof environment for activities.
- Pavilion Construction: A new pavilion will be built next to the cafeteria, providing a great space for outdoor gatherings and events.
- Bathroom Renovations: All student bathrooms, except for those in the locker rooms, will be completely renovated.
- Lighting Enhancements: New light posts will be installed along the entryway and in the front parking area to improve visibility and safety.
- Window and Siding Updates: We will replace old windows and clean or replace siding throughout the plant for a fresh, updated look.
- Paving and Flooring: Paving of various areas and new hallway flooring will round out our summer projects.
Given the extensive nature of these improvements, please note that the only access point to the building will be the doors beside the Arnold Road until construction is complete.
